1. Read Hebrews 13:1-16. What commands do we find in this passage? How have these commands traditionally been taught in the church?
2. Consider verse 8. How does the truth of this verse impact every command in this passage?
3. Why does the author warn about “diverse and strange teachings”? What are these teachings? How do we protect ourselves from being led away?
4. Consider the impact of this passage on a group of people enduring hardship and trial. What direction (inward or outward) does the author lead the people’s attention? Why is this important?
