  1. Read John 10:1-21. What catches your attention from this passage? How does this passage connect with the story of the blind man in chapter 9?
  2. What does Jesus say about the thief and robber? Who (or what) is a thief and robber?
  3. What does Jesus reveal about himself when he says he is the “door”? What confidence does this metaphor give you?
  4. What does Jesus reveal about himself when he says he is the “good shepherd”? What confidence does this metaphor give you?
  5. Consider verse 16. This verse has inspired great missionary efforts. Why? What sort of mission does this verse inspire for you? For Oak Hills?
