  1. Read Psalm 121. Recall a recent time when you needed help. Where did you look for immediate help?
  2. Where does the Psalmist direct our attention especially in times of need? Why might the psalmist specifically call us to consider and look to “the LORD who made heaven and earth”?
  3. Looking at v. 3-4, what comforts and challenges you about this truth regarding God’s constant watching over you?
