- Read Genesis 37:1-11. What catches your attention from this passage? Why?
- What elements contribute to the conflict between Joseph and his family members? Who is responsible/guilty for these actions?
- Why do humans end up in conflicts? Consider Genesis 4:3-7, James 4:1-3, and Ephesians 4:31. How should we resolve conflict? Consider Ephesians 4:32 and James 4:4-10.
- What is God’s role in this escalating conflict? Take into consideration Genesis 15:13-16 and 50:19-21.
