  1. Read Psalm 20. Who is offering this prayer? What are they requesting? How might we offer a similar prayer for our political leaders?
  2. The “name” of God is referenced three times in this psalm? What is the significance of the “name of the Lord”? Compare with Proverbs 18:10.
  3. How can the psalmist be so sure of answered prayer in verse 6? What gives us assurance today of answered prayer?
