Questions for Further Study or Group Discussion:

  1. Read Ephesians 1:7-10. What is redemption? Consider some other passages: Mark 10:45, Romans 3:24-25, Romans 8:23, 1 Corinthians 1:30, Ephesians 4:30, & Titus 2:14.
  2. Why is redemption so good?
  3. What are the means of redemption? How is redemption made possible for you and me?
  4. Consider verse 10 in light of Colossians 1:18-20. What does Paul have in mind when he speaks of the summing up of all things?
  5. Paul emphasizes that we have redemption “in Christ.” What is the import of those two words? For evangelism? For assurance?
