Questions for Further Study or Group Discussion:

  1. Read Ephesians 4:28. Are you ever tempted to steal? What is stealing? Consider WLC 140-142 on page 18.
  2. Why are we tempted to steal?
  3. How do we guard our hearts from the temptation to steal? How might Jesus’ teaching in Matthew 6:19-34 help?
  4. Why is labor and readiness to share the opposite of stealing? Why can’t we just not steal?
  5. How generous are you? What keeps you from being more generous?
